Customized products made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded. Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the product or an error with your order.

Products labeled "Ready to ship" can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
