Products customized to your wishes cannot be returned or refunded. Returns are only accepted if there is a fault with the product or the order.

Products marked "Ready to ship" can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in the condition you received it. It must be unused and have no damage. When returning, you are responsible for the return cost yourself.
